SHIPPING

For Next Day delivery service within UAE, place an order between 12 am and 1.59 pm, Monday through Saturday, – the order will be delivered next day, before 10 pm.

For Two-Day delivery service within UAE, place an order between 2 pm and 11.59 pm, Monday through Friday, – the order will be delivered within two days, before 10 pm.

If you place an order between 2 pm on Saturday and 11.59 pm on Sunday for delivery within UAE – the order will be delivered on Tuesday, before 10 pm.

If you order a delivery outside of UAE, the order takes 6 business days to get delivered to your doorstep.

Changes to the order.

Any changes to your order are communicated via your registered e-mail address. Delay of processing can occur due to item unavailability or address verification.

We provide worldwide shipping, although the shipping time and cost varies from region to region.  

Shipping cost.

The shipping cost depends on the delivery address and will be calculated and displayed prior to check-out. The shipping cost for most regions gets more affordable as the cart reaches 300 AED and 1000 AED.

Gift Cards.

Gift Cards will be sent directly to your email address, no shipping costs.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged when we reasonably believe they have been delivered intact to a parcel forwarding company. Any order redirected to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Romanovamakeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to the Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only. Therefore, packages may potentially take additional time to arrive. Please, reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery.

Tracking Orders

When your outside-of-Dubai order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order has been placed. Responsibilities

Title to the products in your order is transferred from Romanovamakeup to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Romanovamakeup to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.

LOVE it. The color is beautiful soft and natural looking. It does not pull on your eyebrows, I don't know what they did but the formula is excellent. I have uses EVERYTHING from sisley to chanel, benefit, you name it.
Ash brown can be used for dark blondes which is what I am; abt a level 6 neutral toned, the darkest blonde.
I also have taupe which is good for me as well. It may be better in the summer as skin gets darker. I hope they don't stop making this!!!

The best

So glad I found this product after wasting so much money on those plastic wind up brow pencils that constantly break and last me less than a month. It shouldn’t be too much to ask for a high quality real brown pencil.

Like the other reviewers said, this pencil is a perfect cool ash grey-brown that is also hard to find, even though it flatters most complexions! Color goes on easily but also doesn’t smudge, and lasts. 10/10 will buy again!

Great Cool-Toned Brown

Often brown eyebrow pencil fails due to having too much warmth, but this Ash Brown doesn't. It's the perfect cool-toned brown, with a very nice consistency, not hard but not too soft that makes it impossible to fill in your brows, its just the right texture.
