Once placed, the order takes 2 hours to get delivered to your doorstep within Dubai; takes 3 business days – if you order outside of Dubai, yet within UAE; takes 6 business days – if you order outside of UAE. 

For 2-hour delivery service within Dubai, place an order between 9 am and 8 pm. If the order is placed after 8 pm, the order will be delivered next day, before 11.30 am. If the order is placed between 12 am and 9 am, the order will be delivered same day, before 11.30 am.

Besides, for 2-hour delivery service within Dubai, your location should be within the following zone:

Otherwise, the delivery to your location in Dubai takes 3 business days to deliver. 

Changes to the order.

Any changes to your order are communicated via your registered e-mail address. Delay of processing can occur due to item unavailability or address verification.

We provide worldwide shipping, although the shipping time and cost varies from region to region.  

The shipping cost depends on the delivery address and will be calculated and displayed prior to check-out. The shipping cost for most regions gets more affordable as the cart reaches 300 AED and 1000 AED.

Gift Cards will be sent directly to your email address, no shipping costs.

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged when we reasonably believe they have been delivered intact to a parcel forwarding company. Any order redirected to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Romanovamakeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to the Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only. Therefore, packages may potentially take additional time to arrive. Please, reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery.

When your outside-of-Dubai order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 1 business day after the order has been placed. Title to the products in your order is transferred from Romanovamakeup to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Romanovamakeup to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.
