Standard shipping packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Customs fee

International friends (outside of the UAE) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. Because we are unable to estimate the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for information on respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

If you use a PO Box or live in a rural area, please select standard shipping.

Changes to the order

Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made to the order. We are not held responsible for the incorrect address indicated at the time of purchase.

APO/FPO/DPO

We DO deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but delivery times can take up to 45 business days.
