For Next Day delivery service within UAE, place an order between 12 am and 1.59 pm, Monday through Saturday, – the order will be delivered next day, before 10 pm.
For Two-Day delivery service within UAE, place an order between 2 pm and 11.59 pm, Monday through Friday, – the order will be delivered within two days, before 10 pm.
If you place an order between 2 pm on Saturday and 11.59 pm on Sunday for delivery within UAE – the order will be delivered on Tuesday, before 10 pm.
If you order a delivery outside of UAE, the order takes 6 business days to get delivered to your doorstep.

Changes to the order.
Any changes to your order are communicated via your registered e-mail
address. Delay of processing can occur due to item unavailability or
address verification.

We provide worldwide shipping, although the shipping time and cost varies from region to region.
Shipping cost.
The shipping cost depends on the delivery address and will be
calculated and displayed prior to check-out. The shipping cost for most
regions gets more affordable as the cart reaches 300 AED and 1000 AED.
Gift Cards.
Gift Cards will be sent directly to your email address, no shipping costs.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be
liable for any damage, defect, or loss that may occur. We will not offer
replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing
or damaged when we reasonably believe they have been delivered intact to
a parcel forwarding company. Any order redirected to a parcel
forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Romanovamakeup is not
responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To
ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for
each address.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g.
pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are
restricted from air-transport due to the Department of Transportation
regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only. Therefore,
packages may potentially take additional time to arrive. Please,
reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase
notifications for estimated delivery.
Tracking Orders
When your outside-of-Dubai order is ready to be shipped, you will
receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped
within 1 business day after the order has been placed. To track your
order, visit the Order Status page. You will need to sign in to access

Responsibilities
Title to the products in your order is transferred from
Romanovamakeup to you when your credit card is charged and your products
are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is
transferred from Romanovamakeup to you when your order is delivered to
you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy.
